The Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure has issued an updated version of the eCrew crew management request form (version dated 29 May 2026). Masters and vessel managers operating in Croatian waters who submit crew change notifications through the eCrew system should ensure they are using this current version of the form for all submissions.

22/128(T) — Cullera, Valencia coast — beach regeneration works, moving survey buoys marking submerged equipment at 12–15m depth
Temporary notice 22/128(T) cancels and replaces earlier notice 14/080(T)/2026. Beach regeneration works are ongoing off Cullera on the Valencia coast, with four special mark buoys (including one ODAS data buoy) marking submerged survey equipment at 12 to 15 metres depth. The buoys' positions will change progressively as the works advance — vessels navigating and anchoring in this area should allow a wide margin around any yellow special mark buoys and treat their positions as approximate.
22/129 — Cap de Creus Marine Reserve (NE Spain) — ODAS buoys replaced with numbered research buoys B01–B15
The Spanish Hydrographic Institute has published updated buoyage for the Cap de Creus Marine Reserve on the northeast Spanish coast, replacing the previous ODAS data buoys with a new series of fifteen numbered oceanographic research buoys (B01 to B15). The light characteristics of both harbour entrance lights at Portixol, the small harbour immediately east of Palma de Mallorca, have been changed. The previous quick flashing green and red lights have been replaced with a composite group flashing pattern — vessels making night approaches to Portixol should verify the current light characteristics against this notice before entering, as chart and electronic chart display updates may not yet reflect this change.

22/127 — Cabo Roche, south of Cádiz — almadraba tunny net buoy season extended from March–July to February–July
The seasonal operating period of the almadraba tunny net buoyage south of Cabo Roche (south of Cádiz, on the Atlantic approach to the Strait of Gibraltar) has been extended by one month — the nets and their associated buoys are now marked from February through July rather than March through July. Almadraba tuna trap nets are large fixed net structures that extend several miles offshore; vessels transiting the Strait of Gibraltar approaches or the Cádiz coast in February should treat this area as active and allow a generous offing from any associated buoyage.
